FUSE Street Drumming

Take Flight was lucky enough to have Carl from FUSE Street Drumming come and perform for us on Thursday. FUSE Street Drumming is an original idea inspired by Stomp and Bucket Drumming, made famous in the UK and US. The children got to have a turn playing the buckets with drum sticks, playing alongside Carl to create an awesome beat. All the children had an absolute blast and wrote some fabulous stories about the experience.

Here are some of our stories.

We went to the hall to see Stomp and we played on the drums. We did one, two, three, four, five and we could do it well. We also did other stuff too and it was fun and cool. It went "BOOM BAM CRASH BANG". We went because we wanted to have fun.  Exodus

We went to the hall and we played with the drums. We watched Carl playing the drums and we had so much fun. It was loud as and we got to have a turn. Billie-Jade

We went to the hall and it was fun and we got to play on the drums and it was cool. Can we go again next year? Olivia

Carl works for Stomp and we went to the hall to watch them. It was noisy! We all wanted to give it a try. Arlen
