Take Flight talks about changing the NZ Flag
Take Flight has been debating the issue of whether or not the NZ flag should be changed. They each chose whether they thought it should or should not be changed and brainstormed reasons why. Check out their creative thinking!

Cross Country
Today was Welcome Bay School's Cross Country. All Hub 2 students put 100% into their 1km run and showed perseverance and stamina! They made the teachers so proud! A big thanks to all the Parents and Whanau who came down to cheer on the kids and to Mr Thomson for the hard work he put into organising the day. We managed to get an action snap of each of the Hub 2 learners.
Congratulations to Samuel who came 1st, Matt who came 2nd and Kayden who came third in the yr 2 boys race. Kia Maia boys!
Congratulations to Ava who came 1st, Elle who came 2nd and Billie- Jade who came 3rd in the year 2 girls race!
